Lillian Mitchum

Lillian E Mitchum completed  her bachelor’s degree in Human  Services /Behavior  Science  at  National  Louis University. She’s  an author  of  two  books and  a few  of  her  poems  has  been  featured in  several  periodicals and  anthologies.   She took  playwright classes to improve  her craft at Kennedy  King  College, Nu Stage, ETA  Theaters  and  is proud to  be  a five year  member  of  Black Emsemble ‘s Playwright Initiative  (BPI ) SHE has had three short plays featured at Black Ensemble Theater. Ms. Mitchum  has  written  numerous  plays for  youth and adults  at her  church and  share  her  love  of life  and  living  with  her  family and friends.
